The warning will last until 11 p.m. on Saturday, with wind gusts expected to reach between 30 and 35 mph and humidity levels forecasted to fall below 10 percent. As Southern Nevada experiences sunny, hot, and windy conditions, daytime temperatures are expected to rise to the upper 90s on Friday, with predictions indicating a return to triple digits by Tuesday. Many residents are anticipated to flock to Mt. Charleston to escape the oppressive heat; however, fire danger remains a significant concern.
