The redevelopment will unfold in two phases, with the first phase expected to begin in 2027 and conclude around 2036. The initial phase will include a combination of homes for sale and affordable rental units.

In terms of housing configuration, two-thirds of the planned units will be designated as two- to three-bedroom homes, while the remaining units will consist of one-bedroom apartments.
