Las Vegas is expanding its dining scene with the introduction of several new restaurants while also experiencing temporary closures at some established venues. With fresh culinary experiences on the horizon, locals and visitors alike have new options to explore in the city known for its vibrant food culture.

New Dining Openings

The highly anticipated Bottled Blonde is set to make its Strip debut on June 26 in a spacious 20,000-square-foot venue featuring three stories. Located at the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road, directly across from the stunning Bellagio Fountains, Bottled Blonde promises an electrifying atmosphere with over 40 televisions, multiple bars, DJs, and dedicated music zones for nighttime entertainment. The menu features items such as Parmesan truffle fries, tuna wonton nachos, wood-fired pizzas, and wagyu beef burgers, complemented by a drink selection that includes margaritas, mules, an extensive draft list, and the innovative “Capri Sin” cocktails served in nostalgic juice pouches.

In addition to Bottled Blonde, Zippy’s, a restaurant chain originating from Hawaii, is expanding with its third location in Las Vegas this fall. Following two successful openings this year, the new site will be situated at 9570 South Eastern Avenue, offering popular menu items like fried chicken and teriyaki beef bentos.

The Electra Cocktail Club at the Venetian Resort is scheduled for a temporary closure on June 29 due to renovations aimed at updating its design and cocktail menu. The well-known SW Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas will also undergo interior updates, with plans to reopen on August 7.

Exciting New Concepts

Adding to the growing list of dining experiences, Prowl, a jungle-themed bar from the creators of Stray Pirate, will open in June at 1323 S. Commerce St. Meanwhile, Gjelina, a restaurant hailing from Venice, California, has opened within the Venetian’s Restaurant Row, focusing on shareable California-Mediterranean dishes. For coffee lovers, the unique Horror Vibes Coffee shop has premiered at 4480 Paradise Road, providing horror-themed drinks and treats.

Looking to the future, Maroon, a Caribbean steakhouse led by James Beard Award-winning chef Kwame Onwuachi, is projected to open at the Sahara in late 2025. Basil Vegan Thai & Sushi has already opened its doors, offering a vegan menu that includes sushi rolls, pad thai, and curries near Bermuda Road.

Another forthcoming establishment, Cantina Contramar, will showcase coastal cuisine from renowned chef Gabriela Cámara at the Fontainebleau later this year. Additionally, Copper Sun, an upscale hot pot restaurant, is set to debut at Resorts World Las Vegas, emphasizing communal dining experiences. The city’s unique dining options also include the rumored launch of Swingers, an adults-only mini golf concept expected at Mandalay Bay, featuring themed courses and a relaxed dining atmosphere. Lastly, a smash burger joint called Naughty Patty’s is anticipated to open within the Cosmopolitan’s food scene in the summer of 2025.
