Noah Riley Bitonio-Rodriguez, a 21-year-old motorcyclist, was killed when he rear-ended a 2019 Dodge Charger while traveling on the 215 westbound. Reports indicate that Bitonio-Rodriguez was speeding at the time of the crash, which caused debris to scatter and strike a nearby Mazda. The conditions involving other parties in this accident have not been disclosed by the Nevada State Police.
