NADC Burger Launches Pop-Up Residency at Resorts World Las Vegas

News Summary

NADC Burger is set to debut a three-month pop-up residency at Resorts World Las Vegas, bringing gourmet smash burgers and unique offerings to locals and visitors. With a menu featuring a signature smash burger and a Las Vegas-exclusive Breakfast Burger, the collaboration between a skateboarder and a Michelin-starred chef aims to enhance the culinary scene in Las Vegas. Open 24 hours, NADC Burger also offers delicious sides, ensuring that late-night cravings for quality burgers are satisfied.

Las Vegas, NV – NADC Burger, a burgeoning burger brand, is set to launch a three-month residency at Resorts World Las Vegas, commencing on July 10. Located adjacent to the Conrad lobby in the Suns Out Buns Out space, this pop-up eatery aims to draw both locals and tourists to experience its distinctive menu crafted by a collaboration between professional skateboarder Neen Williams and acclaimed Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee.

The NADC Burger menu features two primary offerings: the namesake smash burger and a unique Las Vegas-only Breakfast Burger. The namesake smash burger is composed of two wagyu patties, grilled onions that are smashed into the meat, American cheese, pickles, jalapeños, and a house secret sauce, all served on a toasted potato roll. Meanwhile, the Breakfast Burger includes a wagyu patty, American cheese, pickles, special sauce, crispy bacon, and a fried egg, making it available for enjoyment at any hour of the day.

To complement the burgers, diners can indulge in a range of sides, including beef tallow fries and a creative version called Beast Mode fries, topped with cheese, pickles, jalapeños, and special sauce. Open 24 hours a day, the NADC Burger pop-up seeks to satisfy cravings around the clock, further enhancing the culinary landscape of Resorts World Las Vegas.

Phillip Frankland Lee shared that returning to Las Vegas represents a significant milestone in his career, as he has always aspired to operate a restaurant within a casino environment. This partnership between Williams and Lee began after their first meeting at Sushi by Scratch in Austin, Texas. Initially born out of mutual passion, NADC Burger evolved from serving homemade burgers at skate parks and comedy clubs to opening its first location in October 2022 at Idle Hands, a bar in Austin.

Since then, NADC Burger has gained popularity and expanded rapidly, launching a stand-alone restaurant in Austin in December 2023, as well as additional locations in cities such as Fort Worth, Denver, Chicago (two locations), and Manhattan. The concept of NADC Burger operates under the motto of focusing exclusively on burgers, emphasizing precision in ingredient combinations to create a perfectly balanced bite.

The pair are also no strangers to the culinary spotlight. In June 2024, NADC participated in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants week at Resorts World, sharing the culinary stage with Sushi by Scratch, which showcased a 17-course tasting menu. This visibility adds credence to their reputation and aligns with their ambition of bringing innovative and quality culinary creations to various locations.

The goal of NADC Burger, led by Lee and Williams, is to highlight the harmony of burger making, showcasing a meticulous attention to detail in every dish served. By offering patrons a unique and compelling menu in a lively Las Vegas setting, they hope to establish a lasting relationship with their audience and contribute to the city’s vibrant food scene.

As the residency opening approaches, excitement builds around NADC Burger’s arrival at Resorts World Las Vegas, bringing with it a fresh culinary experience reflective of the unique partnership between a skateboarder and a Michelin-starred chef, dedicated to delivering extraordinary gourmet burgers that highlight the meticulous craft of burger preparation.
