Las Vegas – The New Kids on the Block (NKOTB) have officially launched their highly anticipated residency titled The Right Stuff at Dolby Live in Las Vegas, opening on Friday. This event is set to attract fans of the iconic ’90s boy band, bringing together nostalgia and contemporary entertainment in a vibrant setting.

The opening night of the residency coincides with The Kids (Still) Wanna Jump Tour, featuring former “Boy Meets World” stars turned podcasters Danielle Fishel, Will Friedle, and Rider Strong at the Palazzo Theatre. This dual event marks a significant moment for fans who grew up in the ’90s, as both shows celebrate the era’s pop culture.

Will Friedle humorously noted that he might attend the New Kids concert, suggesting a playful rivalry among the podcasters for fan attention. Fans of NKOTB can expect to see band members Donnie Wahlberg, Danny Wood, Jon Knight, Jordan Knight, and Joe McIntyre performing their classic hits over several nights.

During the residency, fans can visit Blockhead HQ, located at Park MGM, which will feature exclusive merchandise, memorabilia, themed cocktails, and immersive experiences designed to enhance the NKOTB experience. Furthermore, Donnie Wahlberg will host an after-party experience on Saturday night at On the Record, providing fans with a unique way to celebrate their love for the band.

Concert performances will take place at 8 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Wednesdays, with additional dates scheduled through July. Ticket prices for the NKOTB shows start at $91.54, making it accessible for many fans eager to relive their teenage dreams.

In addition to the NKOTB residency, Las Vegas is buzzing with several other ’90s nostalgia events. The show & Juliet, an alternate take on Shakespeare featuring ’90s hits by renowned Swedish songwriter Max Martin, runs from 7:30 p.m. Tuesday to Thursday, with additional performances scheduled through June 29. Tickets for this performance start at $40.30.

This Saturday, a Goth Night event will feature tribute bands like Nowhere Fast (The Smiths/Morrissey), Fast Fashion (Depeche Mode), and Burn (The Cure) at Substance, starting at 7 p.m. Tickets for this event are priced at $24.80. For fans of Michael Jackson, the Cirque du Soleil show Michael Jackson: One showcases the King of Pop’s hits from the ’90s and is held at Mandalay Bay with performances at 6:30 and 9 p.m. Thursdays to Mondays, with tickets starting at $84.92.

For those looking for family-friendly entertainment, The Jets, a family band known for their hit “Crush on You,” performs Saturdays at 5 p.m. in the V Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort, with tickets starting at $59. The Punk Rock Brunch offers live performances of ’90s punk, grunge, and emo tracks while guests enjoy breakfast and bottomless mimosas for a total cost of $58.79 on Saturdays at 10 a.m.

Frequent visitors to local venues can enjoy free shows by Empire Records, a ’90s cover band performing various hits, including songs from the Spice Girls and Metallica on Fridays, Saturdays, and Wednesdays at various locations. Additionally, an equine insurance agency known as EMO is sponsoring a quarter horse show named The Celebration, taking place from Thursday through July 6 at South Point, further adding to the myriad of activities available in Las Vegas this summer.
