Prices will range from $340,000 to $550,000, with an emphasis on modern, family-friendly living. Village 2 is set to enhance the community atmosphere in the ongoing expansion of the Villages at Tule Springs, which is expected to house over 8,600 homes upon completion.
North Las Vegas is buzzing with excitement as the Planning Commission has given the green light for a fantastic new neighborhood, set to stretch the inviting terrain of the Villages at Tule Springs. This project will add a vibrant mix of 708 homes to the growing community, enhancing the already lively atmosphere in this beautiful corner of Southern Nevada.
Dubbed Village 2, this brand-new neighborhood will sit on six spacious parcels near the intersection of North 5th Street and the 215 Beltway. The development will cover a whopping 35.32 acres, making it a prominent fixture in the area. Out of the total, the largest section will boast 403 lots, providing ample opportunity for families, young professionals, and retirees alike to find their perfect home.
KB Home has designed Village 2 to feature a diverse collection of townhomes and traditional detached single-family homes. For those leaning towards townhome living, these cozy abodes will reflect the modern designs seen in KB Home’s popular Inspirada community, typically showcasing four to six attached units over two stories. Price-wise, homebuyers can expect to spend anywhere from $340,000 to $385,000 for these stylish spaces, with sizes ranging from approximately 1,300 to 1,600 square feet.
If a detached home is more your style, any new homeowner will be excited to know that KB Home plans to cater to that preference as well! These single-family homes will come with a price tag between $380,000 and $420,000 and will vary in size from 1,559 to 2,000 square feet. Potential buyers will find options for two to three bedrooms along with two to two-and-a-half bathrooms, making them perfect for families of all shapes and sizes.
The budding community also includes a westernmost lot located at the corner of North 5th Street and Sandstone Ranch Parkway. This particular area will hold about 123 homes on 23 acres, with options for home sizes from 1,550 to 3,000 square feet. Pricing for homes in this sector will range from $435,000 to $550,000, featuring three to five bedrooms and two to four-and-a-half bathrooms!
Additionally, the Planning Commission has given the nod to a 178-lot subdivision that sits on 21 acres located east of North 5th Street and north of the 215-Beltway. Here, you can find homes ranging from 1,572 to 2,029 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms, priced between $400,000 and $480,000. There’s also a smaller section to look forward to, with 77 lots on 9.58 acres, presenting similar options to their larger counterparts.
The Villages at Tule Springs broke ground back in 2017 and is on track to house over 8,600 homes upon its anticipated completion. Beyond residential living, this burgeoning community will feature homes from notable builders like KB Home, Lennar, and Tri Pointe. Residents can also look forward to a 16-acre shopping center, though construction timelines for this haven of retail have yet to be announced.
As North Las Vegas continues to evolve and expand, Village 2 is sure to be an exciting addition. With attractive home designs, a range of prices, and a community spirit that’s hard to match, this new development promises to be the next hot spot for prospective homeowners. Stay tuned for more updates as construction begins and the neighborhood starts to take shape!
