Las Vegas – The grand opening of PISCES Bar & Seafare at Wynn Las Vegas is scheduled for Saturday, May 10, 2025. This new seafood restaurant will offer a distinct Mediterranean cuisine experience, complemented by panoramic views of the iconic Lake of Dreams.

PISCES will be led by Executive Chef Martin Heierling, who has an impressive culinary background, having previously worked at notable establishments such as Sensi and Silk Road. Chef Heierling has received recognition for his talent, including a nomination as a Rising Star Chef.

The restaurant boasts an elegant redesign that reflects a vintage ’70s aesthetic, featuring deep navy tones, reflective mosaic flooring, and luxurious decor with 400 Murano glass orbs and rustic chestnut beams. The dining room is lined with windows, allowing guests to enjoy breathtaking views while indulging in their meals.

The menu at PISCES focuses on fresh seafood sourced daily from the Mediterranean, featuring unique dishes such as dry-aged branzino, blue lobsters, and exquisite seafood platters. Some noteworthy offerings include:
