Customers can expect classic Sicilian options such as the Prince Perfection, made with marinara, fresh mozzarella, and Pecorino-Romano, alongside Neapolitan favorites like The Green Machine, featuring nut-free pesto, mozzarella, ricotta, and black olives, as well as The Oakey Smokey, which includes signature pizza sauce, smoked mozzarella, and fresh basil.
The new location spans over 2,400 square feet and provides seating for about 70 guests. In an effort to replicate the original New York experience, the dough is made using a unique filtration system meant to mimic the water from the Nolita neighborhood in Manhattan, where Prince St. Pizza first gained fame. Additionally, dessert options at the new spot will include traditional Italian rainbow cake and New York-style cheesecake.
To celebrate the grand opening, which will take place from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on opening day, the store plans to roll out several promotions. The first ten patrons in line will receive $25 gift cards, while the next 25 will be awarded Prince St. merchandise. All guests will receive one complimentary slice of pizza. Moreover, a raffle will be conducted, providing opportunities to win prizes such as free pizza for a year, $100 gift cards, and Apple AirPods.
