Las Vegas – Salad and Go is set to open a new location in the Silverado Ranch area, with operations anticipated to begin in June. This new store will be situated at 1180 E Silverado Ranch Blvd, conveniently located near Maryland Parkway. It will be the seventh Salad and Go outlet in the Las Vegas region, further expanding the company’s presence in Nevada.
To support the opening, Salad and Go is hosting an on-site hiring event on Monday, May 20, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event will take place outside the new store, and aims to fill 30 jobs, including positions for team members and shift leads. Salaries for these roles are expected to range between $15 and $16.75 per hour, offering competitive pay for entry-level jobs in the food service sector.
Salad and Go, which currently operates over 140 locations across Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, and Nevada, specializes in providing fresh, affordable meal options. The company has emphasized its commitment to convenience, with services that include drive-thru dining, delivery, and catering. The introduction of the new Silverado Ranch site reflects the brand’s growth strategy in expanding its footprint and catering to a broader audience.
As part of this expansion, Salad and Go has also updated its menu by introducing three new grain bowls. The new offerings, priced starting at $8.75, include the “Tokyo Go” featuring edamame and teriyaki sauce, the “Southwest Ranchero” with spicy red chile sauce and avocado, and the “Wild West” bowl that includes spicy black beans and barbecue sauce. These grain bowls are designed to provide complete meal options that are both nourishing and affordable, addressing consumer demand for healthy dining choices.
Salad and Go is committed to community outreach and philanthropy as part of its corporate philosophy. The company has recently been recognized as a Top Workplaces USA award recipient, highlighting its focus on creating a positive work environment and its dedication to employee satisfaction.
The upcoming hiring event not only aims to enhance the workforce in the Silverado Ranch area but also signifies Salad and Go’s ongoing dedication to growth and community involvement. With its range of nutritious meal options and a focus on service convenience, the new location is expected to be a popular addition to the local dining scene.
As Salad and Go continues to innovate and expand its services, it reinforces its mission to make fresh, healthy food accessible to diverse communities while actively contributing to economic development through job creation. The establishment in Silverado Ranch is a testament to the company’s success and commitment to providing valuable dining experiences in Las Vegas.
