The Golden Nugget Las Vegas is set to bring back its popular Shark Days event. This week-long celebration will introduce a range of shark-themed activities for families, including live shark feedings and poolside Q&A sessions. Guests can enjoy participating in an aquatic-themed scavenger hunt and have opportunities to take photos with shark-shaped cutouts. Special merchandise and treats will also be available. Additionally, the event promotes marine conservation through the ‘Adopt A Shark’ program, making it a community-focused affair for everyone to enjoy.
The Golden Nugget Las Vegas will welcome back its highly anticipated Shark Days event, commencing on Sunday, July 6, 2025. The week-long celebration will focus on all things marine, including shark-themed attractions at The Tank and H2O Pool.
This year’s event will feature a variety of engaging activities designed to entertain both children and adults. Live shark feedings will take place during the event, allowing guests to witness these fascinating creatures up close. Additionally, poolside Q&A sessions with professional divers will occur every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. These informative sessions will provide insight into the live sharks on display and promote awareness about marine life.
Attendees can also participate in an aquatic-themed scavenger hunt designed to challenge and entertain. Opportunities for memorable photos will abound, with guests able to snap pictures alongside the event’s mascot, Sharky, as well as shark-shaped cutouts.
In addition to the activities, various shark-themed merchandise will be available on-site. This includes plush toys, t-shirts, and unique shark-tracking bracelets. For a sweet treat, guests can indulge in limited-edition shark-themed goodies available at the Chocolate Box. Those who purchase a 32-ounce Shark Attack beverage will also receive a complimentary shark cup, making for a perfect memento of the day.
In a gesture of community involvement, hotel guests will have the opportunity to join the ‘Adopt A Shark’ program. A portion of the proceeds from this initiative will be donated to the Oceanic Research Institute, which focuses on marine conservation.
