Attendees wishing to secure a good viewing spot can begin saving places along the parade route starting at 7 a.m. on July 3rd. The event promises an array of entertainment, with more than 70 entries showcasing traditional floats, giant helium balloons, and various musical groups. New features this year include a Wicked-themed float and a unique Red Rock-inspired float decorated with real plants, adding to the visual spectacle.

This year’s parade will also see the presence of special guests, including Reilly Smith, a right winger from the Golden Knights, as well as notable state officials such as Governor Joe Lombardo, Lieutenant Governor Stavros Anthony, and Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley. Additionally, the parade will feature over 2,500 participants marching to honor the military, local businesses, and youth organizations.

One of the parade’s highlights is the “Patriotic Pedalers,” a beloved group of children who participate by riding decorated bicycles. Volunteers play a crucial role in the preparations, with over 500 individuals contributing to the construction of floats and decorations, ensuring a vibrant and festive atmosphere.

The themes of the floats will encompass a wide variety of popular culture, with displays representing Baby Shark, Bluey, Spider-Man, and Star Wars among others.
