The interchange is now functioning at near-full capacity with four lanes in each direction on Tropicana Avenue from Polaris Avenue to Las Vegas Boulevard. The extensive reconstruction efforts have required numerous lane closures and temporary traffic configurations over the past three years, resulting in considerable delays for motorists. The southbound flyover ramp to eastbound Tropicana has been expanded to accommodate two lanes, though the I-15 southbound on-ramp to Tropicana Avenue is still operating at reduced capacity.

This $382 million project aims to improve traffic flow not only for local commuters but also for the increasing volume of visitors traveling to and from key attractions in the area.
